PERSIAN

This modern interpretation of a Persian-inspired vase showcases distinctive design elements rooted in classical tradition. The vessel features a spherical body that tapers into a narrow neck, accompanied by two small handles or lugs on either side of the neck, lending the piece an amphora-like character.

The neck is adorned with intricate openwork composed of curved, organic shapes that resemble stylized leaves. These delicate cutouts create both visual depth and sculptural elegance.

The body is finished in a vibrant turquoise glaze with a slightly mottled appearance, evoking the prized turquoise historically associated with Persian art and architecture. In contrast, the neck and handles display a bronze or copper-toned finish, creating a striking interplay of color and texture.

These Luxe Pottery vases were originally part of the Artist's private collection and have since been acquired by a private collector.
