MID-CENTURY

The Mid-century vase has Art Nouveau influences in its organic and post-modern features.

The vase is adorned with a stylized leaf branch motif. Large, elongated leaf shapes radiate from the base towards the neck, creating a dynamic, organic pattern. These leaves are outlined in the darker color, standing out against the lighter background.

The surface has a rough, textured look, reminiscent of crackled or pebbled surfaces.  In contrast, the leaf designs seem smoother, creating an interesting tactile contrast.

The neck of the vase has a dark rim, adding a finishing touch to the piece. There's a horizontal band near the base, mimicking a stem or creating a grounding element for the leaf design.

This mid-century piece is part of the Artist's private collection.
