MODERN GREEK I

This Greek-modern Luxe Pottery vase draws inspiration from ancient Greek amphora forms while introducing contemporary artistic expression.

The vessel features a rounded, globular body that narrows into a slender neck. Two small handles or lugs extend from the shoulders where the body meets the neck, reinforcing its classical influence.  

The surface texture is mottled and slightly rough, emphasizing the handcrafted nature of the piece and adding depth to its visual character.

The vase is distinguished by an abstract flowing pattern created through variations in the blue glaze. Swirling tones of light and dark blue interact across the surface, giving the piece a sense of motion and fluidity.

This abstract leaf-branch pattern introduces a modern interpretation of classical Greek pottery decoration.
